Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sunday Wreck, all products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To report an issue, email us at info@sundaywreck.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Issues
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier and Printful to help resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are made to order:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as required by law.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
